Bluebird is New Zealand's favourite for crisps (or chips as they are known in that part of the world, and indeed seemingly everywhere apart from here), started by a chap called Les Saussey in 1953.  Very proud of locally sourcing as many of their ingredients as they can, and they cook in canola and sunflower oil for less saturated fats.  Their mascot, Chippy The Penguin, also has some pretty good dance moves – search for him on YouTube.
