Papadopoulos

Papadopoulos make biscuits, tortillas, cereal bars, crackers, stuff like that.  As you might expect from the name, they are Greek, started by an immigrant family in the 1920s when they discovered that the Greeks didn’t do biscuits very well.

The Caprice wafer has been around since 1978 and is made of Viennese wafer, hazelnut cream and cocoa.  It’s the company’s top export, going to over 60 countries.  All hail Caprice!
