Ah, breakfast – the most important meal of the day.  But why is that?  Well, etymologically speaking, your first meal of the day is always breakfast (the breaking of your fast), thus if you don’t have breakfast then you haven’t eaten anything at all.

But please stop us from being facetious.  In reality, breakfast is the most important meal because you can have scrummy nice things (like the below) without any vegetable requirements, right?  Right!
