Crisps. “Write us a description of crisps,” they said.  Well – it’s crisps.  What can you say? Probably the most abundant snack on the planet, if you need crisps describing to you then we’re in trouble; they are a fundamental concept, like gravity or there being a strange person on the bus after 9 pm.

Golden of hue and with many a flavour, they come flat, ridged, uniformly or randomly shaped. If you find a really big one you can get loads of TikTok views with it. If you find one in the shape of a deity you can maybe get your photo in your local newspaper. But, at the end of the day, they’re incredibly tasty, and you can’t really trust anyone who says they don’t like them.
