Sweet Tubs

It's all very well giving people choice.  “Always give the customer choice” they say – well, we added so may pick and mix lines that now some folks tell us there's too much choice. Honestly, we just can't win sometimes.

What we thought we would do is include some options for people who don't like a lot of choice, they just want one thing, and lots of it.  So now you can have a whole tub full of just one thing.  Eventually, of course, we will have hundreds of choices of tubs full of just one thing, and the complaints will start up again.  But hopefully by then we will have a separate call centre to handle those people.
