Blue Raspberry Mushrooms

The blue raspberry mushrooms are a soft foam sweet, actually quite detailed for confectionery; there's even the cute little ridges on the underside (those are called "gills", fungi-fans!). Obviously these are blue raspberry flavour, so very much unlike a mushroom in that regard. Also notable for being one of our halal sweets.
