Every slightly touristy town in the UK claims to have ye oldest sweet shoppe in Britain. And these would look perfect in the shop window if they all weren't too busy fighting legal battles to get the official title of 'oldest sweet shop in Britain' (it's in Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire, incidentally; lovely spot, please visit the Nidderdale Museum if you go, it's got a cobbler's shop in it). Just the right blend of sour and sweetness for an authentic ye olde taste. Nothing artificial added and completely delicious. All the way from Canada and also available in Key Lime and Seville Orange flavours.
