Monster Super Fuel is (it says here) formulated as a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution with magnesium and B-vitamins. What that means in layman's terms is that it will both keep you awake and alert, and enhance hydration during exercise. What THAT means, in layman's apprentice's terms, is that you won't fall asleep and you can exercise for longer. And if you don't understand that, you're probably not going to be able to figure out how to open the can.
