Nestle milk chocolate envelops crackly green mint-flavoured crystal tubes, giving a delightful pop and crunch to each bite. Technically, the minty bits are 'cracknel' - tiny hollow cylinders of sugar crystals. Really popular as a cake topping in South Africa, according to Wikipedia. Didn't know that.
