The classic crackling, fizzing and popping candy, only with a delicious watermelon flavour. Would you like some science? Tough, here it is anyway; the popping is cause by the melting-in-your-mouth candy releasing tiny bubbles of carbon dioxide which are stored in each rock at high pressure (about 600psi). Basically it's tiny gas explosions, but don't worry, it's perfectly safe! Just weird.
