Laugh maniacally as you flick the switch and lightning sears across the sky to power up your chip contraption. At least that's how we imagine these are made. whatever the truth of the matter, the resuting Uncle Ray's Sour Cream & Cheddar Potato Chips are wonders of nature. Oh, we just Googled it; they're fried and then dried on some kind of conveyor system. Bit of a let down, that, but they still taste amazing.
