A new flavour of cheese curl! Herr's bring us these delightful Pepper Jack Cheese crisps, fluffy and light curls with the moreish flavour of this very American cheese. For those who care but don't know, Pepper Jack cheese is a derivative of Monteray Jack cheese; it is flavoured with chilli peppers as you might expect. So it's like cheese with a kick. It was NOT a cheese which was invented by a guy called Pepper Jack, although we admit that it would be quite a cool nickname. "Oh, there goes Pepper Jack, wonder where he's taking that big wheel of cheese?" and so on.
