Dr Pepper (the drink) was first served in 1885 (preceding Coca-Cola by some 12 months or so). Famously made with 23 flavours, apparently the formula is so secret that it is kept in two halves in two separate bank vaults. Why the simultaneous robbing of the two banks by a crack team of fizzy-drink gangsters and putting the formula together hasn't been the subject of a Hollywood blockbuster to date, we're not sure. But now if it ever happens, they owe us royalties for mentioning the idea here first.
